Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning

We have been experts in Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning for Land Use for almost fifteen years. To better accommodate our development practice, we have offices in Bridgewater, Massachusetts (main office), Newburyport, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island.

Attorney Robert R. Pellegrini was Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil (CFI) for many years, where he was primarily responsible for permitting and real estate. While with CFI, Attorney Pellegrini personally permitted projects in over 200 communities around New England, and south to Florida. During this time, Mr. Pellegrini gained valuable local contacts, and made business development connections throughout the eastern United States.

Also in his position as Senior Attorney, Mr. Pellegrini was responsible for site selection and acquisition, project team selection and supervision, community perceptions, environmental, schematic design, value engineering, construction and project team contracts, and any resulting litigation, so his experience is unique, comprehensive and diverse. Robert also has represented clients before the Architectural Access Board (ADA issues) and with respect to the Petroleum Marketers Act.

If you have any interest in growing a business relationship or need any assistance with your projects in Bridgewater or beyond, please contact me at your convenience.

By avoiding representing governments and municipalities, the attorneys at RRP are fully equipped to represent clients before all local, regional, and state boards and commissions without any conflicts. Mr. Pellegrini is not at all compromised when representing developers, business and home owners, is fully capable of understanding the challenges they face, and will work, without hesitation, to resolve their problems creatively and successfully. He is practiced in land development legislation and zoning and can offer advice when dealing with environmental matters. Our attorneys can also handle construction matters, including contractor disputes and breach of contract.
